    Send your ID and your proof of ownership. We look at it within 1-2 business days and email you either way.

  3. Ask for property management

    Tell us how many units you hold and anything we should know about them. A verified owner can ask from their dashboard, and a refusal is not a dead end - you can ask again.

  4. Set up your portfolio

    Four short screens once you are approved: your company, your buildings and units, and the people you hire to run them. Skip any of it and the checklist keeps it for later.
