Before you start
Yes for everyone searching, and yes for owners listing a vacant unit - listing stays free for as long as the unit is empty. Agents and service providers join free as well; what they pay for, if anything, is agreed separately once they are verified.
No. Browsing listings, opening a zone page, using the map and sending your interest on a unit all work signed out - a name and phone number are all a seeker gives. An account is only needed to list a property, work as an agent, or take maintenance jobs.
Open the listing and use Show Interest. Your name, phone and note go straight to the owner or the agent handling that unit and they contact you to arrange a viewing. Numbers are not printed on the public advert, which keeps a listed unit from being buried under calls from resellers.
Owners list vacant units free and, once let, can run them from the same account - tenants, leases, rent, maintenance tickets and utility readings. Verified agents get the units cleared for agents plus seeker enquiries in the zones they cover, with a CRM to work them. Plumbers, electricians and cleaners get the maintenance requests raised in their zones, with the fault, photos and access details.
Yes - browsing, zone pages, the map and sending your interest on a unit all work signed out and from anywhere. Each listing shows the rent, bedrooms, furnishing and photos, and the owner or agent contacts you on the number you leave to arrange a viewing.
Every zone in the country has its own page, from West Bay, The Pearl and Lusail through to the zones outside Doha. How much is listed varies by zone - the map shows what is currently on the site anywhere you are looking.
